Conditional Elegance

The tower explores a programmatic strategy responding to the network of relationships existing within the daily experiences of live, work, and play. Serving as an extension of the Children’s Museum of Art, commercial offices and individual living units, this SOHO high rise entertains these relationships by providing architectural features that contribute to various degrees of integration or separation among types of users.
